Job Purpose and Requirements:
 
The Kingston location is currently seeking a career-oriented individual to join our team. As a Baggage Handler/Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts, be able to assist with customer service issues, load luggage and freight, must have ability to lift 50 lbs and be able to establish and maintain a good working relationship with other employees and the general public.
 
 
 
Roles and Responsibilities: include but not limited to
 
  • Possess good organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi task and have good problem solving skills
  • Feel comfortable answering the phone
  • Must be dependable with a high degree of integrity and be able to maintain confidential information
  • Self-directed and a quick learner
  • Feel comfortable working around the general public, buses and handling customer service complaints and issues
  • Handling Baggage and Freight up to 50 lbs maximum
