Job Purpose and Requirements:

Our downtown Toronto Terminal is currently seeking a career-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Baggage Handler & Customer Service Representative.
As a Baggage Handler/Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts, be able to assist with customer service issues, load luggage and freight, must have ability to lift 60 lbs and be able to establish and maintain a good working relationship with other employees and the general public.

 

Roles and Responsibilities: include but not limited to

  • Possess good organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi task and have good problem solving skills
  • Feel comfortable answering the phone
  • Must be dependable with a high degree of integrity and be able to maintain confidential information
  • Self-directed and a quick learner
  • Feel comfortable working around the general public and handling customer service complaints and issues
