Job Purpose:
Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude and clear communication skills, responsible for selling tickets, booking reservations and assist, direct and help customers.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Possess excellent cash handling skills
- Proficient use of computer
- Be able to work in fast-paced, computerized environment, multi-task and have good problem solving skills
- Must be dependable with a high degree of integrity and be able to maintain confidential information
- Self-directed and quick learner
- Feel comfortable working around the general public and handling customer service complaints
- Required to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varying schedules through the summer season
- Bi-lingual, ability to speak, read and write both French and English an asset
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Selling tickets to the general public
- Provide accurate departure information, as well as, answer general inquires
- Receive telephone inquiries , booking and reservations
- Have a good geographical knowledge
- Various clerical duties as required
