Description

Job Purpose:

Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude and clear communication skills, responsible for selling tickets, booking reservations and assist, direct and help customers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Possess excellent cash handling skills
  • Proficient use of computer
  • Be able to work in fast-paced, computerized environment, multi-task and have good problem solving skills
  • Must be dependable with a high degree of integrity and be able to maintain confidential information
  • Self-directed and quick learner
  • Feel comfortable working around the general public and handling customer service complaints
  • Required to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varying schedules
  • Bi-lingual, ability to speak, read and write both French and English an asset

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Selling tickets to the general public
  • Provide accurate departure information, as well as, answer general inquires
  • Receive telephone inquiries , booking and reservations
  • Have a good geographical knowledge
  • Various clerical duties as required
