Temporary Full Time Garage Administrator (Maternity Leave Contract)
Provide administrative support to the maintenance department.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order and Maintain an inventory of parts for buses serviced at the Kingston garage
- Scheduling of all wash bay staff
- Prepare driver work orders, dispatch sheets and daily expense envelopes
- Input information into AS400
- Maintain Maintenance files, and maintenance staff payroll records
- Ability to handle company banking with proper record keeping
- Administer warranty claims and respond to warranty requests and shipments
- Liaison between suppliers, Management and maintenance staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should:
- Be able to multi-task in an extremely busy and high-energy environment
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have strong organizational, problem solving and stress management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- 3-5 years of office experience an asset
- Valid G licence - clean and clear of any demerit points
